Aideen has a proven track record in IT based new business development projects. She commenced work with DNG in 2019 where her key responsibility is driving digital initiatives working closely with the Marketing and IT divisions.

Aideen has a significant commercial footprint in the online residential estate agency sector. Prior to moving to DNG, Aideen was a senior member of the MyHome.ie business development team. During her time with Myhome.ie, part of the Irish Times Group, Aideen was responsible for formulating and implementing new business strategies to ensure the continued growth and alignment with their agency network partners nationwide.
